Instead of opening several tabs and refining multiple searches, I simply spoke my shopping list into the app. It found accurate matches across different categories almost instantly.

The Challenge

Shopping for Multiple Items Meant Repeating the Same Search

Most e-commerce websites are built around one search query at a time. When shoppers need several products, they must repeat the same process for each item: enter keywords, apply filters, compare listings, open product pages, and switch between tabs. This makes even a straightforward shopping list feel like a series of separate tasks. As the process becomes more tiring, shoppers may abandon their carts, postpone the purchase, or settle for products that do not fully match what they wanted.

Traditional search interfaces force shoppers to navigate through repetitive, single-product search flows.

To complete one order, I had to run five separate searches and compare products across multiple screens. It was much slower than it needed to be.

The Solution

Product Discovery Based on Intent, Not Just Keywords

AI Order lets customers describe their entire shopping request in natural language. They can type the request on a desktop or send it as a voice message from a mobile device. Using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), the platform interprets the request, understands the context, searches the available product catalog, and returns a personalized list of relevant products. Customers can then select multiple items from the results and place their order without repeating the search process for each product.

A single natural-language request produces a curated, selectable list of relevant products.

It understands the way people naturally describe what they need instead of forcing them to use exact keywords. That makes finding specific products much easier.

Faster Discovery and a Simpler Path to Checkout

AI Order combines product discovery, comparison, selection, and checkout into one interaction. Shoppers can fulfill multi-item requests in seconds using either voice or text, without navigating through several categories or repeating the same search. The shorter buying journey makes it easier for customers to complete larger orders and may help businesses reduce the friction that contributes to cart abandonment. Instead of thinking about products one at a time, shoppers can describe the complete outcome they want and review a relevant list in response.

Voice and text requests lead to the same multi-product selection and checkout experience.

I no longer think about running separate searches. I describe what I need, select the products that fit, and complete the order.

From Browsing Product by Product to Acting on Intent

The challenge was not that shoppers could not find individual products. The problem was having to repeat the same manual search process for every item on a larger list.

AI Order turns e-commerce discovery into a conversational experience. One voice or text request can produce a complete, actionable product list, allowing shoppers to select multiple items and move directly to checkout.

It feels less like navigating an online store and more like giving my shopping list to a personal assistant who already knows what to look for.
